Pyxis
Cull thousands of photos, fast. A keyboard-driven triage table that keeps, archives, or discards RAW+JPG pairs — nothing moves until you commit.
From a thousand shots to your keepers
A fast, safe workflow: decide first, apply once.
Four clear tiers
Sort every shot into Pending, General, Potential, or Premium — a decision model made for culling.
RAW + JPG as one asset
Paired by base name and handled together, so your triage decision applies to both files at once.
Decide first, apply once
Changes stage safely (write-ahead log); files only move, archive, or delete when you press Commit.
Keyboard-driven flow
Assign a tier and the app auto-advances to the next pending shot. Arrow keys move within the current tab.
Remembers where you were
Auto-loads your last directory on launch and re-scans after each commit to stay in sync with disk.
Clear physical actions
On commit: discard to Trash, or archive to General / Potential / Premium folders. A live console shows totals and pending changes.
Questions
No. Pyxis triages and organizes — it keeps, archives, or discards files. It doesn't alter image contents.
Only then are your staged decisions applied to disk: discards go to the Trash, and kept shots move into General, Potential, or Premium archive folders. Before commit, nothing on disk changes.
A RAW and its matching JPG (same base name) are treated as a single asset, so one decision applies to both.
